  • I join Apro in 1993 and was assigned to Hill Street. It's been almost three decades now since I've been working at APRO. I’m currently working at Japan Embassy for almost 10 years now.

    As a full-time employee with Apro, I've been lucky to have been assigned to various sites, which has really helped me gain valuable experience. Working alongside the senior staff members has been an enriching experience. After all these years working on different sites, I can definitely say that I've grown both personally and professionally.

    Looking forward to many more years of growth and learning ahead!

  • Reflecting on my journey since the early days of 1999, it's been quite a rollercoaster ride. Being let go from Singapore's 2nd oldest stockbroker firm due to the market crash was indeed a challenging time for me. However, as they say, every cloud has a silver lining. Joining APRO on 01/04/1999 opened up a whole new chapter for me professionally.

    Working with APRO has exposed me to a diverse range of work environments, from luxurious high-end condominiums to bustling production facilities, dynamic shopping malls, esteemed MBA schools, busy logistic warehouses, reputable car dealerships, and even diplomatic missions. The variety of experiences I've gained has truly broadened my horizons and shaped me into a versatile professional.

    One aspect that stands out about APRO is their commitment to ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, including adhering to the Progressive Wage Model (PWM). This not only solidifies their reputation as a reliable employer but also contributes to a high retention rate among security personnel. It's heartening to see many long-serving individuals continuing their journey with APRO, which speaks volumes about the company's values and culture.

    Overall, despite the initial setback in my career, I am grateful for the opportunities and growth that APRO has provided me with over the years. I look forward to continuing to contribute positively to the team and further enhancing my skills in the dynamic work environment that APRO offers.

  • Back on September 21st, 1999, I joined APRO after leaving Certis Cisco. I spent many years as a relief officer with APRO at different sites before finding my place at the French Embassy, where I've been working for over a decade now. Working under the French Embassy has been incredibly rewarding as they trust me, treat me like family, and provide unwavering support in my role.

    I'm grateful for this opportunity and the positive environment here.
